  Smoke and mirrors, this is how Eaton Properties is run. As a landlord that utilized their services, I am very disappointed. Eaton properties selected the tenant for my property, which took over 6 weeks, and turned out to destroy my property, not pay rent for the last 3 months, and threaten legal action with unsubstantiated claims. In addition, Eaton Properties moved the tenant into my property without a finalized occupancy permit and waited 2 weeks to mitigate the issue while I was out of the country on business. This cost me 2 weeks of rent from the Housing Authority, and is also illegal. On multiple occasions, when confronted about the delays, issues, and paperwork, I was given the run around. There were so many issues, it was hard to hammer down one, and there was almost zero followup from the company. Ultimately, the issues I have experienced are a result of my choosing to put my faith in Eaton Properties. I am writing this review so that others may have a better idea of how much faith to put in them. I would not recommend utlizing this property management company.

  It's clear that most of the people who have complained, and unfairly rated Eaton properties don't understand that they are a property manager, not the owner. They can't force owners to fix their properties. As a result, Don Eaton and his fine crew and staff have gotten many unfair reviews.
