  Hi Mark, I just wanted to reach out and let you know about my recent experience using Jeff Davis to help sell my duplex in St. Louis. I live in Fargo, ND so I had to rely on Jeff to do a lot of the ground work since I have never even seen this property. Jeff did a phenomenal job navigating the entire sales process and made this deal happen despite the seemingly dozens of times it appeared to be on the verge of falling apart. We encountered a bunch of issues over the course of the sale but Jeff kept a positive attitude and made sure that all of the logistics came together and the deal closed. I'm sure you heard about this property over the past month or so due to our struggles but my hat is off to Jeff for his professional attitude and work ethic. I really appreciate his good work.
