    Shawn and Janice are the best team to work with. They have helped us with our mortgage multiple times. Each time it gets easier and easier to do. We never felt put to the side or ignored! It feels like we are working with our own personal mortgage adviser. They are a very easy group to work with and make the process fun. Yes, we actually had a great time with our refinance!! We would have a hard time validating the decision to go with anyone else. The rates keep dropping so this is our second refinance with Shawn. Our first loan was probably a nightmare for Shawn due to shady practices by our builder. At no time did we feel that our situation was too much for Shawn and the team to deal with. They handled everything wonderfully so we didn't have to deal with the mess that the builders had put us in. The only thing that Shawn and his team lacked was helping us move boxes...but we won't fault them for that! We are VERY satisfied customers!

    I also received a postcard in my wifes name that this is a final notice to extend her auto warranty, asking for exact miles and VIN#, did a reverse phone # search on the 1-888 number, and it could not be found - her car is a 2000, and the warranty expired 4 years ago. The car was bought, financed, and registered under my name only. I WOULDNT TOUCH THIS ONE !!! . In fact ,Im a little peed off .

    Convenient location but I wish they wouldn't allow the diner across the street to overrun their lot on weekends with car shows, you can't get to the ATM at all.
